Wayland school food services evaluation draws crowd

Metrowest Daily News 4/28/15: Wayland school food services evaluation draws crowd. Financial and personnel concerns clashed at Monday night’s School Committee meeting, during a packed forum with a consultant hired to examine the district’s food services program. “I think what you’re hearing, and what you will hear around this room tonight, is people are very comfortable with the way the program is,” said Happy Hollow Principal Jim Lee. “If it’s not a broken program, I’m not sure why we’re thinking of replacing it.” Lee was one of roughly 50 people who attended the forum. The audience included school staff, parents, senior citizens on limited budgets, and about 20 students.
