As the League of Women Voters’ Civics Bee comes closer (Sunday afternoon, March 6), and as the whole country is swamped with political news from the campaigns and primary voting, one might wonder about our teenagers’ civic knowledge and involvement. Not to worry. Acting on a tip from Mary Antes, a leader of the League of Women Voters of Wayland, I interviewed a Wayland High School teacher who is preparing knowledgeable and engaged citizens.
