Wayland Town Crier 3/26/17: Wayland School Committee backs Unobskey. The School Committee on Sunday backed Gloucester Assistant Superintendent Arthur Unobskey to become Waylandâs next superintendent. After about two hours of discussion, the committee voted unanimously to enter negotiations with Unobskey.
