Wayland Town Crier 3/27/17: New appeal filed over planned CVS in Wayland. A new appeal related to the controversial project to build a CVS in Cochituate has been filed. Resident Gretchen Dresens has filed an appeal with the Zoning Board of Appeals of a demolition permit for the 150 Main St. project.
