Wayland Town Crier 7/17/17: Wayland Girl Scout earns Gold Award. WAYLAND — Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts announced that Wayland Girl Scout Cindy Ge has earned the highest award in Girl Scouting — the Girl Scout Gold Award. She was honored with Gold Awardees from across the Commonwealth at a ceremony on June 9 at the Massachusetts Statehouse.
