Wayland resident offers two workshops in January, one on personal values, the other on mural-making

Wayland resident Teresa Brazen is running two art workshops in January on zoom. Attendance is limited to 10, and registration is required. More information on each workshop is available via the link provided.

  • Personal Values Workshop: Align Your Life With What Matters Most: January 18 and 19, 2022. Values are broad, desirable goals that motivate people’s actions and serve as guiding principles in their lives. When people are clear about their values, they approach their personal and professional lives with more intention. Decisions get easier. Better aligned opportunities start showing up. And they lean into being more of the leader, partner, colleague, parent, and friend they want to be. It’s not magic; it’s clarity. And it’s powerful stuff. In this workshop, you’ll uncover your own values, brainstorm ways to better align yourself to them, and commit to bold actions that will bring your values to life. You’ll be able to say, with confidence, “This is what I’m about, what I want more of, and how I’m going to get there.” The outputs of this experience will set you up to begin the work of crafting a well-aligned life. In the months following the workshop, you’ll also get a few nudges from your coach, Teresa Brazen, to keep you motivated!
