Learn and Play: Wildlife get Ready for Winter

November 9 – LEARN AND PLAY: WILDLIFE GET READY FOR WINTER
Location: Wolbach Farm, Sudbury
Time: 1:00-3:00pm

Leader: Beth Gula, Americorps-MassLIFT member
As the days become shorter and colder, animals and plants are hard at work preparing for the winter months ahead. Come to SVT ready to transform into your favorite wild creatures and see the world through their eyes! We will explore the woods and play games to learn about survival strategies that different animals use to stay happy and healthy over the winter. Wear warm clothes and shoes appropriate for being active in the woods and off-trail. Families, children age 5-11 welcome.

Free event, but registration is required online here.

Sudbury Valley Trustees is a regional land trust that conserves land and protects wildlife habitat in the Concord, Assabet, and Sudbury river basin for the benefit of present and future generations.
