Wayland Town Crier 2/20/15: Fire chief retires on Tuesday. The selection of Wayland’s next fire chief will be announced at the end of next week by Town Administrator Nan Balmer, as Vinnie Smith retires on Tuesday after working for nearly 40 years in the department.
