Wayland Town Crier 9/4/13: Wayland Town Center housing proposal well received. A proposal by Kevin Giblin of Brendon Properties of Southborough to build 42 two-bedroom town houses behind the Town Center continued to make progress at a well-received presentation at last week’s Planning Board meeting, despite the fact that construction cannot begin until various wastewater issues are resolved.
