Wayland Town Crier 11/24/13: Wayland taxes to decrease slightly with Town Meeting vote. Town Meeting last Wednesday night voted 251-84 to approve Article 1, by which approximately $1.25 million from free cash will be applied to the fiscal 2014 budget, saving a homeowner with a $600,000 house about $275 in taxes over the year.
