Wayland Town Crier 2/5/14: Former Wayland administrator doesn’t get Foxborough job. The Sun Chronicle is reporting that William G. Keegan Jr., currently Dedham’s town administrator, is the unanimous pick to become Foxborough’s next town manager by the Foxborough Board of Selectmen. Keegan was chosen on Tuesday night over two other finalists, former Wayland Town Administrator Fred Turkington, who was fired last August by the Wayland selectmen in a 3-1 vote, and Norfolk Town Administrator Jack Hathaway.
