Wayland was one of the first towns to receive the state’s Green Community designation. The town hopes to continue to be at the forefront of municipal energy efficiency with a multi-building energy savings and equipment upgrade project. The Energy Committee will be holding an information session about the project on Tuesday, March 25 at 7 pm in the Town Building (room TBA). Questions can also be posed at the Warrant Hearing on March 26. The project will be voted on as part of the capital budget at the Spring Town Meeting starting April 3.
