Have you noticed the new exterior lights at Wayland’s town buildings? These new LED energy efficient lights, installed at the Town Building and six other town buildings, will save the town an estimated $13,500 per year in electricity costs. A state Green Communities grant paid for the program, which was overseen by Wayland’s Energy Initiatives Advisory Committee and Public Buildings Director John Moynihan.
