Wayland Town Crier 4/4/14: Wayland voters pass ‘OPEB tax holiday’. A little over 400 voters, out of nearly 9,000 registered voters in town, made it to the start of Town Meeting at Wayland High School’s Field House on Thursday night to overwhelmingly approve what town officials are calling an “OPEB tax holiday” for perhaps two years and a partial break for another eight.
