Carriage House at Lee’s Farm, a new assisted living community in Wayland, will host a culinary event for the public on Thursday, May 22, to showcase its signature “Eat Fresh, Eat Local” menu items. All are invited to stop by the inaugural event to taste the seasonally inspired offerings of Carriage House Chef Jason Wallin. Among the delectable offerings will be Quahog Chowder, Chicken Confit on Polenta Cake, Sweet Potato au Gratin and more. Guests can enjoy a fabulous buffet meal in the comforts of this new farm-styled setting on historic Lee’s Farm. The Eat Fresh, Eat Local Evening at Carriage House at Lee’s Farm takes place from 4-7pm on Thursday, May 22nd.
