Wayland Town Crier 5/23/14: Freedom Prize winner named in Wayland. Stating that “rising government programs that collect mega-data on the use of American citizens clearly violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution,” Luke Xu, a Wayland High School sophomore, became the recipient of the 2014 Wayland Veterans Memorial Freedom Prize.
