Wayland Town Crier 6/19/14: Wayland teacher named History Teacher of the Year. Wayland High School teacher Kevin Delaney was named the 2014 Massachusetts History Teacher of the Year during a ceremony at the State House. The Massachusetts Teacher of the Year program, administered by the Deval Patrick Administration, recognizes excellence in teaching across the commonwealth each school year.
