Wayland Town Crier 10/16/14: Wayland Planning Board denies CVS developer’s request. The proposal to build a 14,000-square-foot CVS in Cochituate ran into a snag on Tuesday night, as the Planning Board denied, “without prejudice,” the developer’s request to remove condition No. 30 from the board’s approval of the site plan made more than a year ago. Condition No. 30 obliges the developer to obtain Land Court approval before they can change the status of Hammond Road, which is adjacent to their property.
