Wayland Town Crier 11/8/14: Wayland tax bills to be higher in next two quarters. For fiscal 2015, Wayland property tax bills are being allocated differently than in previous years. Wayland property owners received a 2.5 percent increase on their first and second quarter bills paid Aug. 1 and Nov. 1, 2014. This was the maximum allowed adjustment under the state law that guides preliminary tax bills.
