Authorities say an ex-employee of a Wayland gas station robbed the business on Tuesday to get back pay he felt he was owed. Tyler B. Kim, 24, of 16 Oak Hill Road, was ordered held on $500 cash bail at his arraignment Thursday morning in Framingham District Court on charges of unarmed robbery and possession of a class A drug.
