The Board of Selectmen recently voted to approve the River’s Edge Advisory Committee’s plan to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for their housing project based exclusively on a sale option, rather than a lease, acting on the recommendation of the law firm Anderson & Krieger of Cambridge.
