Wayland Town Crier 6/4/15: Jeff Ritter, former Wayland official, named Holliston town administrator. With little discussion Wednesday night, selectmen unanimously picked J. Jeffrey Ritter of Medway to be the next town administrator, bringing a new face to that job for the first time in 32 years.
