Hiram Reynolds of Wayland, 24, a recent graduate of Tufts University, where he majored in Chinese, has been offered a Fulbright U.S. Student Program grant to Indonesia for an English Teaching Assistantship, according to the U.S. Department of State and the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
