Wayland Patch 4/18/16: Wayland at the Boston Marathon Finish Line. Whether you’re in the elite group, or crossing at a slow clip near the end of the day, it’s a huge accomplishment to complete the Boston Marathon. The first Wayland finisher was Martin Bartlett, who crossed the finish line in 3:18. In all 20 Wayland residents finished the course.
