Jaya Mills, a rising freshman at Wayland High School, is working with Project 351 and the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund to collect donations of microwaveable single serve meals (not in cans, but packages), bars of soap and packs of gum for troops and homeless veterans to honor them and in remembrance of 9/11. She will be at Donelan’s in Wayland on Sunday, August 21 and Saturday, August 27, 9am-12pm both days to collect donations.
