A five-week gardening class for Claypit Hill students in Grades 2 – 5 is still enrolling for the program starting Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Join recently retired Grade 2 teacher Ms. Deane Coady, who started the organic gardening project. Children will pick berries, plant vegetables, and even design and create signage for the garden.
Wayland School Community Programs is offering this activity as well as others through Community Education. The Global Languages program is bringing French, Spanish, and Chinese to the district’s three elementary schools.
