Wayland Patch 10/3/16: Whole Foods Permit Submitted, Building Planned for Sudbury This Fall. Plans are progressing for the new Whole Foods to be built in Sudbury. According to Building Inspector Mark Herweck, the permit for Whole Foods has been issued and construction is expected to begin this fall.
