Selectmen in their most recent review of Town Administrator Nan Balmer generally praised her accomplishments and leadership. “Most of the reviews mentioned that in her second year in Wayland, Nan has stepped up her administrative leadership,” the board’s 2015-2016 evaluation says. “She is clearly in charge and willing to take on difficult issues.”
