Town of Wayland 3/1/17: Building Permit Issued for Demolition of Existing Commercial Building at 150 Main. On March 1, 2017, the Building Department issued a required building permit (#20170104) to demolish the existing commercial building, formerly Finnerty’s Restaurant, that is located at 150 Main Street. This building permit for demolition is required in order to complete all permitted construction work, including all approved site improvements, prior to use.
Pursuant to §198-604.9.1 of Town zoning:
Upon denial or issuance of any required building permits, any person aggrieved by a decision of the Building Commissioner may appeal the site plan decision of the Planning Board to the ZBA pursuant to MGL c. 40A, §8. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the ZBA made as required by this Article 6 may appeal said decision pursuant to MGL c. 40A, §17.
