Metrowest Daily News 5/9/17: Wayland sex abuse lawsuit dismissed. A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit filed by a local family against the town of Wayland, the Education Cooperative and several school staff members. Judge Leo T. Sorokin dismissed the case on behalf of the plaintiffs, who have not been named. Sorokin dismissed the case with prejudice, which means the family cannot refile the same lawsuit.
