Wayland Town Crier 6/19/17: Wayland student wins 2nd place in SIFMA Foundation’s InvestWrite competition. Sam Tilley, a junior at Wayland High School, is a national winner of the SIFMA Foundation’s InvestWrite competition. Tilley was named the second-place high school winner for Fall 2016.
