Wayland Town Crier 7/10/17: Marijuana rules could come before Town Meeting again. A proposal to temporarily restrict recreational marijuana businesses from opening in town could come back to Town Meeting. A moratorium failed in the spring, but the Youth Advisory Committee is exploring bringing a similar measure back in the fall.
