Have you ever found yourself faced with questions from a child regarding the climate of our town/state/country and felt that you could use some support in choosing the “right” words? On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 the Wayland Community for Social Justice and Friends of Wayland Youth and Family Services will hold a workshop on how to engage in conversations with children about issues relating to our shared world, including race, religion, gender, etc. Please join us from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Wayland High School for discussion and resources on this important and timely topic.
