WCVB TV 10/13/17: 3rd case of West Nile virus in a person confirmed. A third case of West Nile virus in a person has been confirmed, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health announced Friday. The patient is a resident of Middlesex County in her 60s, officials said. She was hospitalized, but has since returned home.
