Three people were hospitalized after a head-on collision Tuesday night on Rte. 30 near the Natick line, authorities said. The crash appeared to have been caused by one of the drivers — a 61-year-old Wayland man — who had a “medical episode,” police Capt. Thomas Kelly said Wednesday.
