WaylandeNews received this announcement just after our newsletter deadline, and as it is such a quintessential Wayland event, it seems to warrant its own announcement:
Wayland Center Holiday Events, Sunday, December 3: Wayland Center will come alive with holiday festivities, as the Grout-Heard House Museum, the Wayland Free Public Library, the Depot, and the First Parish present an assortment of seasonal music and fun. Complete details are online here.
While we are emailing anyway, a couple of meetings worth highlighting:
The School Committee meets tonight at 6pm at Wayland Town Building. Posts on social media suggest that tonight’s meeting may attract a crowd. Last night, the Wayland Middle School announced the replacement of the long traditional Middle School trips (Cape Cod and Washington DC) with local area day-trips.
