Former Wayland resident Taylor Schilling was nominated on Thursday for a Golden Globe award for best actress in a television series, drama. The nomination is for her role in “Orange is the New Black,” a Netflix series about Schilling’s character, Piper Chapman, who is arrested and sent to a woman’s jail on charges stemming from her past.
