Wayland-Weston Crew is holding its Annual Ergathon and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, September 27 at the Wayland Town Beach, 25 Parkland Drive, Wayland. Come support the High School Team as they row thousands of kilometers on rowing machines (ergometers) to raise money for the purchase and upkeep of their equipment. Enjoy a pancake breakfast and cheer on the team!The Team is also offering Learn-To-Row sessions and Varsity8 SpeedRides. Here’s your chance to get in a boat on beautiful Lake Cochituate. Sign up here. Accompanied by experienced rowers and an experienced coxswain, one of our excellent coaches will lead a boat of anyone interested (minimum age 13 years) in Learn-to-Row. No experience is needed. For those wanting to experience championship racing speeds, sign-up for a Varsity8 SpeedRide and ride shotgun in a shell of varsity oarsman and women to see, hear and feel the real thrill of high caliber crew racing.
