Wayland Town Crier 3/20/15: Over 30 users on Wayland system file for abatements. The Wastewater Management Committee is refusing to budge on requests for abatements on the “betterment fees” assessed on users of the town’s Wastewater Treatment Facility, which began initial operation in November 2012, while many of the users – represented by attorney Kurt Fliegauf – are threatening to take their case to Superior Court.
