Wayland Town Crier 9/30/16: Wayland and Weston see Level 1 and 2 school rankings. An increasing number of schools are getting high grades from the state. Approximately 32 percent of Massachusetts public schools are in the top tier of the state’s five-level rating system for 2016, the most since the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) debuted the system in 2012.
