Wayland Town Crier 1/10/17: Neighbors sue board over subdivision. Several neighbors are suing the Planning Board over a developer’s plans for a five-home subdivision on Rice Road. Gary Halliwell, Rebecca Leonard and Elizabeth Brigham have filed a lawsuit against the Planning Board and developers Thomas and Sarah Greenaway over the 52, 54 and 60 Rice Road subdivision. The subdivision, which would be built on six acres that currently contain three homes, would preserve one house and build four new ones, according to town documents.
