The youth (grades K – 7) in the Children’s Choir at the First Parish in Wayland (Unitarian Universalist) have been busily preparing for a joyful fall concert on Sunday, November 14, 2010, at 2:00pm. Most of the songs will celebrate Fantasyland, including fairy tales by Hans Christian Andersen and some songs from films and musicals. The Fantasyland Musicale will be directed and accompanied by the church’s Music Director, Pauline Oliver. The afternoon musicale will be held upstairs at the First Parish in Wayland, on the corner of Routes 20 and 27. All are welcome to this free children’s concert, which will last approximately one hour. Afterward, light refreshments for performers and attendees will be served in the vestry downstairs.
